I can't say enough positive things about Jay's Valet Service. Having worked in the events industry for many years I have had dealings with all types of transportation serviecs - and not all have left stunning impressions. Jay's in definitely a shining star in the field. I'm writing to commend Jay's Valet Service for providing us with a first-class operation for our New Year's Eve Party, 2006. We booked them in October and between then and the actual event I know I talked with them at least 3 times as they called to make sure things were set up properly. The on-site visit a couple of weeks in advance was the icing on the cake as their staff made sure they knew and understood how traffic would flow in and out of the event and where would be the best place in our lot for parking cars that chose the valet.
The event itself was so smooth it was almost anticlimactic. The party-goers were very please to be offered valet, and the service Jay's staff gave them made the entire evening exactly what it should have been - special.
My hat is off to Jay's Valet. We will most definitely book them for NYE next year and recommend them for other events as they come up. Thanks Jay's Valet!
